We’re a small, senior team working closely with a network of trusted freelancers. Together, we help B2B tech companies across Europe and beyond grow through data-driven demand and lead generation campaigns.
We partner with B2B tech companies including:
Sendcloud, WoodWing, Deeploy, AnyIP, Muto Mobility, Neno, Juni, Xomnia, Bookboost and Xentral.
Now, we’re looking to expand the team with a hands-on Paid Growth Manager who enjoys ownership, thinks in systems and funnels, and likes working closely with ambitious B2B Tech clients.
The Role
As a Paid Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting up, managing and optimising demand and lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work directly with the founders and with clients, combining hands-on execution with strategic ownership across accounts.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll own your accounts end-to-end and are expected to understand the business behind the ads, not just the campaigns themselves.
Location
- Remote-first
- Based in Europe (max. 2-hour time difference from CET)
- Amsterdam is our home base, meeting up occasionally is a plus, not a must
What You’ll Do
- Set up, manage and optimise paid media campaigns for B2B Tech / SaaS clients
- Own campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (other channels are a plus)
- Translate business goals into scalable demand and lead generation strategies
- Prepare clear performance updates for (bi)weekly client meetings
- Analyse performance using tools like GA4, spreadsheets, Looker Studio and Databox
- Set up and troubleshoot (offline) conversion tracking across ad platforms and CRMs
- Help bridge marketing and sales by working on GTM systems that go beyond ads alone (e.g. account-based targeting, intent signals and outbound alignment)
- Collaborate with founders, content and creative partners on messaging and positioning
- Provide CRO input on PPC landing pages (wireframes and feedback, not design)
- Write, evaluate and iterate on B2B Tech / SaaS ad copy
