We are Savvy Moves, a boutique paid growth agency focused exclusively on helping B2B SaaS companies build predictable demand generation engines. We work closely with founders and marketing leaders to turn paid media into a scalable pipeline channel.

We are a small, senior team combining performance marketing, data analysis and AI-assisted workflows to help companies generate pipeline and revenue - not just clicks.
We are now looking for a Paid Growth Manager who enjoys combining hands-on performance marketing, strategic thinking and AI-driven experimentation to help B2B SaaS companies grow.
The Role
As a Paid Growth Manager you will own paid growth for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients across Europe. You will work directly with founders and marketing leaders to translate business goals into scalable demand generation strategies across paid media, analytics and experimentation.
You will regularly join client calls, present performance insights and propose experiments to improve results.
This is not a typical campaign management role focused only on execution. We are looking for someone who wants to understand the business behind the ads, think in terms of funnels and pipeline, and use data and AI tools to accelerate experimentation and decision-making. You will combine data analysis, experimentation and AI-assisted workflows to continuously improve campaign performance and pipeline impact.
Location
- Remote first.
- You are based in Europe with a maximum two hour time difference from CET.
- Amsterdam is our home base, but the team works fully remotely across Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta for B2B SaaS clients.
- Translate business goals into scalable demand generation strategies focused on pipeline growth.
- Design and run structured experiments across targeting, messaging, creatives and funnel stages.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance using GA4, spreadsheets and tools like Looker Studio or Databox.
- Write and iterate on B2B SaaS ad copy and collaborate on messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Provide CRO insights for PPC landing pages and campaign funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate research, analysis and experimentation.
- Assess and troubleshoot conversion tracking across advertising platforms and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with founders and clients to align marketing activity with sales pipeline and revenue targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience running demand generation or lead generation campaigns for B2B companies.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or ActiveCampaign and understanding how marketing activity connects to pipeline.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into experiments and actionable insights.
- AI-curious mindset with experience using AI tools to accelerate research, campaign ideation and analysis.
- Ability to combine data, experimentation and AI insights when optimizing campaigns.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable presenting performance insights and recommendations to clients.
- Someone who enjoys client interaction and is comfortable presenting ideas and challenging assumptions, including ours.
